Water resources in the oases of North Africa: acting at the collective and individual levels for reasoned management.
Summary
On 17 November, the associations CARI (France) and Tenmiya (Mauritania), within the MEDAE network, will host a hybrid seminar in Nouakchott, Mauritania.
The event (10:00–17:30 CET, in French) will bring together farmers, researchers, development actors and public institutions to discuss the growing water challenges in North African oases, exchange experiences on collective and farm-level water management, and co-develop recommendations for sustainable practices.
Online participation in the working groups is possible (limited to 20 people) by registering via animation@medae-agroecology.eu.
